VANILLA MANOR, born in Hualien, Taiwan, is a high-end dessert brand that focuses on "real vanilla pods" as its core ingredient. It is one of the very few brands in Taiwan that has the capability to self-supply scaled vanilla ingredients.

The brand has the largest self-owned vanilla pod garden in Taiwan, covering nearly 3 hectares, where the entire process from planting, harvesting, and fermentation to dessert production is personally controlled by the brand.

We do not use flavorings or vanilla flavor powders for seasoning, but actually incorporate whole vanilla pods into every dessert, allowing consumers to clearly perceive the aroma, flavor, and visual presentation.
