The thickness, doneness, and color must be taken into account simultaneously, making the control of heat a unique skill.
The signature products of KUAICHE can be said to excel in both thickness and thinness. The best-selling almond crispy meat paper takes an average of 1.5 hours to produce each piece, with a thickness of only 0.01 cm, thin enough to be translucent, crispy and fragrant. To prevent breakage, packaging requires careful manual insertion piece by piece. There is also a signature thick pork jerky with a thickness of 1 cm, made in limited quantities each day to ensure freshness, rich and solid, with a sweet and meaty flavor.
